FreezeColumnCommand.cloneCommand() does not clone the Toggle state

Acceptance Criteria:
Just copy the toggle variable from the old command object into the new command object in protected Constructor.
Realy simle fix.

The cloneCommand() method of net.sourceforge.nattable.freeze.command.FreezeColumnCommand doesn't clone the net.sourceforge.nattable.freeze.command.FreezeColumnCommand.toggle variable.
