1. create performance tests (extends AbstractPerformanceTest) to validate that layer repaint occurs within reasonable threshold (100ms)
2. make sure all examples perform reasonably

Description

Provide performance tests for NatTable layer implementations
Provide specific test cases to isolate issues with specific layers
Provide tests of combined layer stacks also to identify issues with layer combinations

test harness and random data generator have been written.

need to generate internal and external reports.

basic layer cases/combinations are tested and work fine.
noted slow performance in column group example.
need tests for column group layers, glazedlist layers, freeze, blink

After the various enhancements, the FullFeaturedExample can handle upto 150,000 rows and 40 columns. After this point the backing list runs out of memory.

The actual performance is directly proportional to the window size and is not affected significantly by the size of the backing dataset.
